Friends,

When you elect someone to represent you, you deserve more than a vote in Indianapolis—you deserve a representative who is visible, accessible, and accountable. Yet this year, Representative Lorissa Sweet's public presence has been nearly nonexistent, leaving many in our community wondering what she's been doing to fight for Huntington and Wabash counties. Public service isn't just about collecting a paycheck and showing up when it's time to vote. It's about listening to constituents, attending community events, answering tough questions, and keeping the people you represent informed.

That's exactly the kind of representative I promise to be. I'll hold regular town halls, provide frequent updates, and remain accessible because government works best when elected officials answer to the people—not the other way around. But taking on an incumbent requires the resources to reach every voter in our district. Will you help us build a campaign focused on transparency, accountability, and making Indiana affordable again? Every contribution, whether it's $10, $20, $50, or more, helps us connect with more voters and prove that House District 50 deserves a representative who works for WE THE PEOPLE every single day—not just during election season.

Thank you for believing in our campaign and for standing with us.

Pepper Snyder
Democratic Candidate for State Representative, District 50

P.S. If you're ready for a representative who shows up, listens, and fights for our communities, please make a contribution today. Together, we can bring accountability back to House District 50.

Pepper Snyder is a lifelong Hoosier, a Seeger High School graduate, a proud mother of seven and grandmother to eight. For more than 30 years, she’s been married to her husband Gary, a U.S. Army infantryman veteran, standing beside him as a military wife while building a family rooted in faith, service, responsibility, and community right here in Huntington County.

Pepper spent her career working for the State of Indiana ensuring SNAP and Medicaid programs were run fairly and responsibly—protecting taxpayer dollars and safeguarding access for eligible Hoosiers who depended on them. Her work focused on accountability and integrity, making sure assistance reached the right people while preventing fraud that threatens the long-term health of these programs. She knows how government works because she’s spent years strengthening systems so they serve families better, not bureaucracy.

Pepper is running for State Representative to bring common-sense compassion, accountability, and real-world experience to the Statehouse—making Indiana affordable again for working families, seniors, and the next generation.
